Academic Licensing: Overview
Academic Licence
The Equinox Academic Licence offers educational, academic and not-for-profit research institutions Equinox software products at special rates.
The academic licence allows you to:
- Use our software in-house for developing products, and performing research, intended for educational, academic and/or not-for-profit research purposes;
- Receive limited email support from Equinox Pharma.
The Equinox Academic Licence is allocated and priced according to the number of users requested and the time-scale of the licence. The standard numbers of users allocated are:
- One (1) user;
- Two (2) concurrent users;
- Up to five (5) concurrent users;
- Every five (5) additional users.

Academic Teaching Licence
The Equinox Academic Teaching Licence allows educational, academic and not-for-profit research institutions to use Equinox software products for free for teaching purposes.

Important
You must purchase an Equinox Commercial Licence before you begin using our products for proprietary or commercial purposes. The Equinox Commercial Licence does not allow for the resale or sub-licensing of Equinox software products, nor does it allow for the proprietary or commercial use of research conducted under an Equinox Academic or Academic Teaching Licence.
